OBITUARY FOR - Jeffrey D. Stiles, 47

Jeffrey D. Stiles, 47, of Olathe, died Sunday, March 17th, 2013, at the Chanute Healthcare Center. He was born on October 5, 1965, at Herington, the son of Max D. and Carol Jean (Kohls) Stiles.

Mr. Stiles was project manager with Sprint Telecommunication in Kansas City. He was baptized and confirmed at the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Herington. He graduated from Herington High School with the class of 1984. He then went on and received a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Kansas State University. He loved his K-State Wildcats. His passion was his sports. He enjoyed playing co-ed softball and he would referee for Middle School and High School basketball and football games in the Olathe area. His first marriage was to Adriane Johnson on May 30, 1998. He was preceded in death by an infant nephew, Devin Stiles.

He married Amanda G. Jenkins on July 2nd, 2004, in Olathe; she survives of the home. He is also survived by his mother Carol Jean Stiles of Broken Arrow, OK; his father Max Stiles of Okanoga, Washington; two (2) daughters: Rebecca Jenkins-Stiles & Kennedie Stiles both of Olathe; two (2) brothers: Spencer Stiles (wife-Brenda) & Corey Stiles (wife-Kristen) both of Chanute; two (2) nieces: Kristen Vesta (husband-Jeff) & Jaydine Stiles; and a nephew Trez.
